General Terms &amp; Conditions and Support Links<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Introduction\"><\/span>Introduction<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms and Conditions (\u201cT&amp;C\u201d) govern participation in the <strong>FatakPay Referral Program<\/strong>. By participating in the Referral Program, the Referrer and Referee agree to be bound by these T&amp;C, the FatakPay General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms displayed in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/link.ftkp.in\/2uSI\/si8ubmv9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FatakPay app<\/a><\/strong> from time to time. FatakPay reserves the right to amend, modify, pause, or discontinue the program at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Eligibility_Participation\"><\/span><strong>1. Eligibility &amp; Participation<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Referral Program is open to existing FatakPay users (\u201cReferrer\u201d) who share their unique referral link, code, or QR with a new user (\u201cReferee\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Referee must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be a new FatakPay user who has not previously registered* on the app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign up using the Referrer\u2019s valid referral link\/code\/QR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the required action(s) as defined for the referral reward (such as account registration, KYC completion, first transaction, first disbursement, or other qualifying actions displayed in-app).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a resident of India, of&nbsp; eligible age of atleast 18 years<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Referrals originating from restricted sources, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, or any non-permitted acquisition channels may be deemed ineligible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation in the program is voluntary. FatakPay may restrict or revoke eligibility for users who violate platform policies or applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Registered users are those that have completed any or all of the following steps on the app &#8211; signup\/otp verified, kyc completion, 1st transaction\/purchase on the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Referral_Rewards_Qualification_Criteria\"><\/span><strong>2. Referral Rewards &amp; Qualification Criteria<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Referral rewards are issued only when the qualifying conditions for a specific referral action are fully met and successfully verified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key points:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Referral rewards may be issued to the Referrer, the Referee, or both, depending on the applicable referral condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rewards can be issued as <strong>FatakCoins<\/strong> or <strong>cashback (INR)<\/strong>, as displayed in the app at the time of referral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each referral action may have minimum requirements, validity periods, transaction thresholds, or verification checks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completion of a referral action does not guarantee a reward unless all eligibility criteria are met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: If attribution cannot be confirmed due to technical, tracking, or verification issues, FatakPay shall not be liable for reward issuance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Reward_Limits_Validation_Fraud_Controls\"><\/span><strong>3. Reward Limits, Validation &amp; Fraud Controls<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The rewards for both Referees and Referred users have a controlled limit to ensure fair utilization of the program by each participant on a monthly basis. The following limits are configured in the system*:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maximum of <strong>100 Referees<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum of <strong>1,500 Coins per Referee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum of <strong>\u20b950 cash rewards per Referee<\/strong> cumulatively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum of <strong>150,000 Coins<\/strong> in aggregate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum of <strong>\u20b95,000 cash rewards<\/strong> for sign-up\/KYC-related actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum of <strong>\u20b95,000 cash rewards<\/strong> in aggregate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>*The limits are bound to change as per the reserved rights by FatakPay. There can be additional controls and limits that may define the eventual reward output, which may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per-user limits,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per-action limits,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daily, monthly, or lifetime caps,&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product-specific caps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>FatakPay reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel referral rewards in cases of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Duplicate or fake accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-referrals or circular referrals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misuse of devices, IPs, or payment instruments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incomplete, reversed, cancelled, or fraudulent transactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any attempt to manipulate the referral or reward mechanism<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>FatakPay\u2019s decision on reward eligibility, validation, or disqualification shall be final and binding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Cashback_INR_Rewards_%E2%80%93_Credit_Settlement\"><\/span><strong>4. Cashback (INR) Rewards \u2013 Credit &amp; Settlement<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Where referral rewards are issued as cashback:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cashback may be applied directly towards loan repayment, where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If eligible for bank transfer, cashback will be credited to the user\u2019s verified bank account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If bank details are not available or verified, the user may be prompted to add bank details within a specified time window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of repeated bank transfer failures, cashback will be converted into FatakCoins.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>All cashback settlements are subject to verification and reconciliation.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Program_Modification_Suspension_Termination\"><\/span><strong>5. Program Modification, Suspension &amp; Termination<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>FatakPay reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Modify reward structures, eligibility criteria, or limits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pause, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disqualify users or cancel rewards at its discretion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No separate communication is required for such changes unless mandated by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_General_Terms_Conditions_and_Support_Links\"><\/span><strong>6.
