Users who invest a minimum of ₹500, five times between 11th – 23rdOctober will receive ₹250 Digital Gold after the campaign ends. Below are the campaign-specific Terms & Conditions in FatakPay’s usual T&C flow.
Campaign Window & Eligibility
- Period: 11th Oct (00:00 IST) to 23rd Oct (23:59 IST).
- Who can participate: Indian residents aged 18+ with completed KYC on FatakPay.
- Unique user rule: One reward per user. Multiple accounts or device changes for the same person are ineligible.
Qualifying Transactions
- Minimum ticket: Each qualifying purchase must be ₹500 or more (post any charges/taxes, as applicable).
- Count required: Five successfulpurchases within the campaign window on FatakPay Gold.
- Success definition: Payment confirmed and gold units successfully allotted our Niwish partner’s ledger and on receipt of successful buyconfirmation to FatakPay.
Note: Failed/reversed/cancelled payments, or refunds, do not count. - Edits/returns: If any of the five purchases are reversed/refunded for any reason, the user may fall below the threshold and become ineligible.
- Platform scope: Only in-app purchases made through the financial wellness app are eligible.
Reward & Fulfilment
- Reward: ₹250 worth of Digital Gold credited to the same FatakPay Gold account.
- Timeline: Credited within 7 working days after campaign closure and reconciliation.
- Form of reward: Gold value (rupee-denominated) converted into units at the time of credit. Market prices vary; credited grams will reflect the live buy rate at the time of credit.
- Non-transferable: Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
Pricing, Charges & Risks
- Live pricing: Digital gold prices fluctuate; past performance is not indicative of future returns.
- Taxes/charges: Applicable taxes/charges as per partner pricing. Final allotment reflects the net value post charges.
- Custody & partner: Digital Gold is offered on FatakPay in partnership with Niwish; custody, buy/sell rates, and operational policies are per partner arrangements.
Fair Use, Fraud & Disputes
- Abuse prevention: FatakPay may withhold or reverse rewards for suspected fraud, gaming, bulk creation of accounts, or policy violations.
- Decisions: FatakPay’s decision on eligibility and fulfilment is final and binding.
- Support: For queries, raise a ticket via the FatakPay app with purchase references.

- Buy ₹500 or more per transaction.
- Complete five such purchases between 11th–23rd Oct.
- Keep payment confirmations; ensure KYC is completed.
