Terms & Conditions – Bappa Hai Na Campaign

The “Bappa Hai Na Campaign” is being run by FatakPay as part of the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. By participating in this campaign, users agree to the following terms and conditions:

Campaign Duration

• The campaign will be valid from 27th August 2025 to 6th September 2025 – (both dates inclusive).
  

Eligibility

• The campaign is open to all registered FatakPay users.
  
• To be eligible for the benefits, users must have a loan disbursed during the campaign period.
  

Campaign Benefits

1. Free Accidental Insurance
   
   • All users whose loans are disbursed during the campaign period will receive complimentary accidental insurance coverage of ₹1,00,000.
     
   • This benefit is applicable only once per user during the campaign duration.
     
2. Gifting Vouchers
   
   • A total of 2,000 lucky disbursed users will receive gifting vouchers worth up to ₹500.
     
   • Winners will be selected at random from eligible disbursed users during the campaign period.
     
3. Kadam Badhaye Ja Campaign Access
   
   • Users disbursed during this campaign will also qualify for the ongoing Kadam Badhaye Ja Campaign.
     
   • To participate, users must make a minimum digital gold investment of ₹5,000 to be eligible for exclusive digital silver rewards.
     

General Terms

• The campaign benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers.
  
• FatakPay reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the campaign at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  
• In case of disputes, FatakPay’s decision will be final and binding.
  
• All standard FatakPay loan and investment terms continue to apply.
