1. What Are FatakCoins?

FatakCoins are reward points offered by FatakPay. Users can earn FatakCoins through referrals, promotional campaigns, or specific in-app actions.

These coins can be redeemed within the FatakPay app on eligible products or transactions where coin usage is enabled.

2. How Can I Use FatakCoins?

FatakCoins can be redeemed only inside the FatakPay app. They can be used on eligible financial products or transactions where coin redemption is allowed.

They cannot be used outside the app.

3. Do FatakCoins Expire?

Yes, FatakCoins have a defined validity period.

If not used before the expiry date, they automatically expire and cannot be restored.

4. Can I Transfer or Withdraw FatakCoins?

No. FatakCoins:

• Cannot be transferred to another user
  
• Cannot be converted into cash
  
• Cannot be withdrawn to a bank account
  

They are strictly redeemable within the FatakPay app.

5. Are FatakCoins Available on All Product Purchases?

No. FatakCoins are issued only for the primary product purchased or activated.

If additional or bundled products are included in the transaction, those products do not attract extra FatakCoins.

Example:
If a Loan is purchased with an add-on product, FatakCoins are awarded only for the Loan as the primary product.
