The “Navratri Campaign” is an exclusive festive initiative by FatakPay, aimed at celebrating Navratri and Dussehra with our users. By participating, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Campaign Duration
- The campaign will run from 22nd September 2025 to 2nd October 2025 (both dates inclusive).
- transactions made outside this period will not be considered for campaign eligibility.
2. Eligibility
- Open to all existing and new registered FatakPay users.
- To qualify:
- The user’s loan must be successfully disbursed by FatakPay during the campaign period.
- Disbursals must comply with all FatakPay’s internal credit policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Corporate or business entity accounts are not eligible; the campaign is only valid for individual users.
3. Campaign Benefits
- A total of 2,000 eligible users will be selected at random to receive cashback worth up to ₹100.
- Cashback will be credited directly to the user’s FatakPay account, within 30 business days from the campaign end date.
- If a user’s loan is later cancelled, reversed, or deemed invalid as per FatakPay’s policies, the benefit will be forfeited.
4. Kadam Badhaye Ja Campaign Access
- Users disbursed under this campaign will automatically become eligible for the ongoing “Kadam Badhaye Ja” Campaign.
- To claim rewards under that campaign:
- Users must make a minimum investment of ₹5,000 in digital gold through FatakPay.
- Eligible participants will receive exclusive digital silver rewards, subject to availability and fulfilment timelines.
