1. Campaign Duration
- The Christmas Campaign will be live from 25th December 2025 to 31st December 2025.
- Only eligible spend transactions that are successfully completed during this period will be considered.
- Transactions attempted outside the campaign window will not qualify for the campaign benefits.
2. Eligibility Criteria
This campaign is open exclusively to existing registered FatakPay users.
To qualify for the campaign:
- The user must have a FatakPay loan successfully disbursed during the campaign period.
- Spend transactions must be completed using the active FatakPay loan.
- All user activity must comply with:
- FatakPay’s internal lending and transaction policies
- KYC and verification requirements
- Applicable regulatory and compliance guidelines
The following users are not eligible:
- Corporate, merchant, or business entity accounts
- Employees of FatakPay and its partner entities (as per internal policy)
3. Campaign Benefits
- The first 2,000 eligible users who complete a qualifying spend transaction during the campaign period will receive ₹100 cashback.
- Cashback will be credited directly to the user’s FatakPay account.
- Cashback crediting will be completed within 30 business days from the campaign end date.
- Each user can receive the cashback only once during the campaign period.
If any qualifying transaction is:
- Reversed
- Cancelled
- Disputed
- Or deemed invalid as per FatakPay’s policies
…the cashback benefit will be forfeited or reversed.
4. Cashback Conditions
- Cashback is applicable only on eligible spend transactions made through FatakPay.
- Cashback benefits:
- Cannot be transferred
- Cannot be encashed
- Cannot be combined with any other FatakPay promotional offer unless explicitly stated
5. General Terms and Conditions
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to this campaign and are critical for all participants:
- Campaign benefits are non-transferable, non-replaceable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- FatakPay reserves the right to modify, withdraw, suspend, or terminate the campaign at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:
- Fraud detection
- Misuse of the offer
- Technical issues
- Regulatory or legal directives
- In case of any disputes related to eligibility, cashback crediting, or campaign participation, FatakPay’s decision shall be final and binding.
