Republic Day Silver Reward Campaign – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern participation in the Republic Day Silver Reward Campaign (“Campaign”) conducted by FatakPay. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these T&C, FatakPay General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other product-specific terms displayed in the FatakPay app from time to time. FatakPay reserves the right to amend, modify, pause, or discontinue the Campaign at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

1. Campaign Period:

• Start Date: 24th January 2026, 00:00 IST
• End Date: 26th January 2026, 23:59 IST

2. Campaign Overview:

The Republic Day Silver Reward Campaign is a special limited-time offer that allows eligible users to earn ₹35 worth of Digital Silver for every ₹800 investment in Digital Gold during the campaign period. Users can earn up to ₹105 worth of Digital Silver during the campaign, with a maximum of 3 rewards per user.

3. Eligibility Criteria:

• Eligible Users: All users who make a one-time investment of ₹800 or more in Digital Gold between 24th January 2026 and 26th January 2026.
• This Campaign is only applicable to one-time investments and does not apply to SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) or recurring investments.
• Maximum Rewards: Each user can avail of a maximum of 3 rewards, earning a total of ₹105 worth of Digital Silver during the Campaign.
• Geographic Restriction: This Campaign is available only to users residing in India.

4. Reward Details:

• Reward Amount: Users will receive ₹35 worth of Digital Silver for every ₹800 investment in Digital Gold.
• Maximum Reward: Each eligible user can earn a maximum of ₹105 worth of Digital Silver during the Campaign period (up to 3 rewards).
• Reward Disbursement: The reward will be credited to the user’s FatakPay account within 7 days of making the qualifying investment.

5. Reward Pool & Selection:

• The total reward pool for this Campaign is limited, and rewards will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis.
• The reward will be credited only if the investment meets the minimum ₹800 amount.
• The reward is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• FatakPay reserves the right to modify or withdraw the reward allocation at its discretion.

6. General Terms & Conditions:

• Non-Transferability: The reward is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of reward.
• Reward Validity: The rewards must be claimed during the Campaign period. If the reward pool is exhausted, no further rewards will be issued, even if the Campaign period continues.
• FatakPay’s Decision: FatakPay reserves the right to verify transactions and disqualify any users involved in fraudulent activity or misuse of the Campaign.
• Eligibility Verification: FatakPay reserves the right to disqualify users who do not meet the eligibility criteria or have engaged in suspicious activity.
• FatakPay’s Right to Modify: FatakPay reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel this Campaign at any time without prior notice. All changes will be communicated through official FatakPay channels.

9. What happens if the reward pool is exhausted?
   • Once the reward pool is exhausted, no further rewards will be issued, even if the Campaign period is still active.
