Campaign Overview
The Special 76 Campaign is a limited-period offer that provides eligible users with up to 76% discount on the processing fee on Instant Loans offered by FatakPay.
The campaign is themed around India’s 76th Republic Day and reflects FatakPay’s commitment to making financial access inclusive and available to a wider set of users.
The discount under this campaign is not applied at the time of loan disbursal. Any eligible discount is adjusted at the repayment stage by reducing the total payable amount.
Eligibility
- The campaign is applicable only on Instant Loan product of FatakPay
- The campaign is open to select FatakPay users, identified through internal campaign logic and cohort selection.
- Users must take Instant Loan successfully during the campaign period to be eligible for the Special 76 discount.
- Visibility of banners, pop-ups, or campaign communications does not guarantee eligibility or reward.
- The campaign is not applicable on:
- Personal Loans
- FatakUdaan
- Insurance products
- Digital Gold or Digital Silver investments
Reward Structure
- Eligible users will see a scratch card on the loan disbursal success screen.
- The scratch card may reveal one of the following outcomes:
- 26% processing fee discount
- 50% processing fee discount
- 76% processing fee discount
- No discount
- All users will receive a scratch card outcome, irrespective of whether a discount is awarded.
- The full processing fee is payable upfront at the time of loan disbursal.
- Any discount received is adjusted against the repayment amount and is not refunded separately.
- The benefit can be availed only once per eligible user during the campaign period.
- How will FatakPay identify unique users? FatakPay leverages on its CRM and martech tools such as webengage to identify and map unique users to their customer ID and device IDs. Additionally, FatakPay may also leverage on pattern recognition to identify misuse of campaign benefits, which is not limited to activities such as identifying unnatural volume of users from a certain pincode, transactions from users in same time period with similar surnames, multiple logins, absence of key in app events and etc.
Reward Pool and Selection
- The campaign is limited to a total of 2,026 rewarded users across all discount tiers.
- Rewards are allocated through a system-driven, randomised selection process.
- Once the reward pool is exhausted:
- The campaign may continue to remain visible, but
- No further discounts will be issued.
- FatakPay reserves the right to verify transactions and disqualify users in case of suspected misuse, gaming, or fraudulent activity.
General Conditions
- Campaign benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash.
- The campaign benefits cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
- FatakPay reserves the right to modify, amend, pause, or terminate the campaign at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- FatakPay’s decision regarding eligibility, reward allocation, and benefit realisation shall be final and binding.
- All standard FatakPay Instant Loan terms continue to apply.

No. The campaign offers up to 76% discount. The final outcome is revealed via the scratch card and may also result in no discount.

Yes. The full processing fee is payable at the time of loan disbursal.

You will still see a scratch card confirming that no discount has been awarded.
Q5. Is this campaign applicable on all FatakPay products?
No. The campaign applies only to Instant Loans.
Q6. Can I get the discount more than once?
No. Each eligible user can avail the campaign benefit only once.
Q7. What happens if the reward pool is exhausted before 26th January?
Even if the campaign period is active, discounts may no longer be available once the reward pool is fully utilised.
